Where is my order?You can track your order here. Your tracking number will be on your dispatch email, or you can find it on your order history. Find your estimated delivery date on your confirmation email. Please allow time for your delivery to arrive as the date provided is only an estimate, orders can arrive a few days before or after this estimation. Royal Mail deliveries are made between 07:00 AM and 19:30 PM. Rarely, deliveries are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, most will arrive the following day. If your order doesn't arrive, please let us know within 30 days of the estimated date and we will do our best to help you. If you still need help, please contact us.

Can I cancel or edit my order?We know you need your order ASAP, so once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel or edit it, as our warehouse team will begin to process your order right away. You can still contact us about your order, and we can help you as much as possible. Alternatively, we offer free, paperless UK returns if you need to send anything back to us.

Can I exchange an item?We do not have an exchange policy. If you need to reorder something, simply send the item back to us and create a new order while we process the refund for the unwanted items. If you paid for delivery, we cannot refund you the delivery cost. However, it is free to send unwanted returns to us with our paperless, easy returns.

There is an issue with my order, what can I do?Firstly, we are really sorry that there's an issue with your order and the inconvenience this may have caused. Please fill out the faulty returns form so we can sort this out for you right away. If you are unable to do this or need to speak to us just contacts us and we will be happy to help.

How do I create a return?You have 30 days to send your items back to us from the day you received it. Unwanted items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags and labels attached. This will not affect your statutory rights. A typical refund will usually take 14 days depending on your banks handling time. We are paperless! Follow the steps below for an easy return: Repack your items in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, pop it in something non-see-through, sealable and waterproof. Log into your account and on the order history, you will find an option to create a return where you can select the order/ item that you want to return. You can print your label at home or in store. Your local drop-off locations will be suggested to you while processing your return and then you're ready to post it!

How long does it take to process my return?Your return can take up to 14 days to process. Once we receive your return, your items will be inspected by our Quality Care team, and an email confirming the next steps will follow. If you do not get an email after 14 days, please contact us. Depending on your payment provider or card issuer, refunds can take up to 10 business days to enter your original payment method. In the unlikely event of your item being returned to our Quality Care team in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 30-day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want your items returned back to you in this situation, we may request a fee to cover the cost of shipping. Unsuitable conditions include items where tags/ labels have been removed, or if items have been worn, stained, washed or damaged.

What is your return policy?Returning unwanted goods: We understand that sometimes you want to return an unwanted item. As long as items returned to us are still in its original condition, we accept returns for free, subject to the rules below which will not affect your statutory rights. If you return an item within 30 days of being delivered to you, we'll give you a full refund via your original payment method. We aim to process the refund in 14 days of receiving the returned item into our warehouse. Late returns: We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the 30-day period of receiving your order. If you return items to us after the 30 days, we reserve the right to send it back to your default delivery address and may ask you to cover the delivery cost. Original condition: Hygiene and your safety are our priority, so certain items cannot be returned for refunds including: Pierced jewellery if the seal has been tampered with or broken. Damaged, worn, stained or washed items. Items with original tags and labels which have been removed or tampered with. This will not affect your statutory rights. Responsibility: Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please make sure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. If possible, please return items in the original packaging. As the package remains your responsibility until it arrives to our warehouse, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to track the parcel. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need to change something, please return the unwanted goods and place a new order. Faulty items: If there is something wrong with your order, fill out a faulty return form and have the following information ready: Your full name Order number Product name and code Clear pictures of the fault Deactivated accounts: Where we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and deactivate accounts (and associated accounts) from placing future orders. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the matter with you. Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders being placed but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or if items returned do not match your original order.
