Find details on how you can make changes to your personal information on your account. 
Making changes to your account
You can change your details by visiting My Account. To make changes to your password, email address or payment methods, simply follow the points below as guidance:

You can log into your account by clicking the icon in the top right corner of the website. Once you are logged into your account you can make changes to your personal information

  • Your password can be changed by clicking 'change password' in your account. You'll be asked to enter your old password and your new password. Ensure that your password is at least 8 characters long
  • ​For email address changes, simply click 'My Details'​ and enter the email address you'd like to be contacted on.
  • Delivery addresses can be changed in your personal details. If you change your delivery address, please ensure you remove any old ones that may be set as default. 
  • Your payment methods tab will show payment details already linked to your account. If you need to make changes just Add new payment method and remove any old ones. 
  • Your contact preferences allow you to select how you'd like to be kept in the loop with our latest promotions and exclusive content.

Remember to save any changes you make to your account.
