Payments and promotions

Payments
You can use the following payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, so your details are safe with lish.
 
  • Paypal
  • Apple pay
  • Google pay
  • Major credit/ debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

We take fraud very seriously too. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. To protect our customers when making online payments you may be presented with 3D secure security measures when paying. This depends on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or SMS.

To add your card details just log into your account and click payment methods. Here you can add payment preferences and save them on your account. If you don't want to save your payment details, you can simply enter them at checkout without saving your details for your next purchase.
Promotions

1. If you have a promotional code, enter it at checkout.
You need to enter the correct code without spaces. Type or copy and paste the code into the 'Promotion and discount code' box.

2. Make sure you click 'Apply code'
Once you enter the code at checkout, just be sure to click appl code! You will see the discounted price in your checkout total, make sure it has applied before you make the payment to avoid payment issues.

If your promotional code is not working, please make sure you understand the following:
  • You can only use 1 discount or promotional code per order. 
  • Discount or promotional codes cannot be used as gift vouchers.
  • Codes do not apply on delivery charges, unless stated. 
  • Terms and conditions for each code will be different. Please check when you receive any codes that they are valid for what you want to purchase.
  • All codes have an expiry date so please use it while it is still valid.​
