Processing your return
Your return can take up to 14 days to process. Once we receive your return, your items will be inspected by our Quality Care team, and an email confirming the next steps will follow.
If you do not get an email after 14 days, please contact us.
Depending on your payment provider or card issuer, refunds can take up to 10 business days to enter your original payment method.
In the unlikely event of your item being returned to our Quality Care team in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 30-day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want your items returned back to you in this situation, we may request a fee to cover the cost of shipping. Unsuitable conditions include items where tags/ labels have been removed, or if items have been worn, stained, washed or damaged.
